Federal German WSV registrations till 20 m lenght

1. Benefits:

• built till year 1996  CE Certificat is not required
• boat's name entry in the registration document
• maturity(expiry) of boat registration is no limited, validity according to ID or Passport validity
• shipowners may be from EU states,USA,Russia and other Countries, personal or Companies
• BRD (German) and EU Flag
• navigation in territorial an international waters
• VAT is not paid, the payment resposibility in the home Country of the owner
•  VAT payments to the certificate,  shipping in the home state of the owner
• registration of vessels that were previously registered in Off Shore Country (Delaware,BVI..)  and See C-Austria

 2. No advantage:

• on base of this registration can not be obtained AIS MMS call sign identification

CONDITIONS

    
Used boats necessary documents:

• the vessels made after 1996, CE Certificat is required
• copy  of the former registration and the cancellation of the same from former register
• insofar as it changed owner: signed a contract on transfer of ownership in German language
• signed official application for registration in the German language
• scanned copy of the valid  personal ID and / or valid  Passport  (navigation in territorial and / or international waters)
• if the Company is the owner of the vessel, copy of the Company valid  documents and authorized person ID/Passport

  

New Boats necessary documents:

• CE Certificate and CE number, which is engraved on the hull of the vessel
• signed contract between the manufacturer or autorized dealer, that contains all the key dataof the vessel (in the German language-if not, it is officially translated by our authorized translator)
• signed official application for registration in the German language
• scanned copy of the valid perosnal ID and/or valid Passport  (navigation teritorial and/or international waters)
• if the Company is the owner of the vessel, copy of Company valid documents and authorized person ID/Passport
